SHIPPING & RETURNS
PACKAGING
We avoid single-use plastic whenever we can! We proudly send all of our products out in zero-waste materials without any plastic tapes/labels/stickers/bubble wraps etc..! We use only cardboard boxes, paper fillings, cardboard padding, biodegradable & paper tapes/stickers that are recycled, recyclable, biodegradable or compostable! ♥

LEAD TIME
Our usual lead time is 2-3 working days or 3-5 days during busy times such as Valentine's & Mother's day, Easter, Christmas... We will prepare your order as soon as possible.

CLICK & COLLECT
If you are local to us and would like to pick up your order, please select the free store pickup option at checkout. You will receive instructions via email once your order is ready for collection.

ONLINE RETURNS
We love our products and we hope you will too. We check, inspect and hand pack all items before shipping to make sure they’re perfect.  If for any reason you are unhappy then please let us know by email at Releafery@gmail.com and we would be glad to assist you.
IN-STORE RETURNS
We accept in-store returns and/or exchanges of unused products within 30 day of purchase with a valid text or email receipt. Products must be in their original packaging and in their original condition. Certain exceptions apply. Please contact us to initiate a return or exchange. Releafery@gmail.com

WORKSHOP PURCHASES
All workshop sales are final. Our workshops typically involve materials and/or ingredients that are purchased dependent on the number of people who sign up for the class. Our workshop facilitators prepare according to tickets sold, and we do not expect them to cover the costs of participants who do not attend.
